Located on the beautiful sunny Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia, we are a family owned and run business who are passionate about our fur babies. We have always loved animals, in particular dogs and our animals are a part of our family.

On searching for adornments for our pooches, we were struck by the fact that there were always plenty of options for our furry girlfriends but there was a real lack of accessories and interesting items for our boys and that’s what got me thinking! This is our Rory wearing one of our unisex silk ties.

We want to offer a range of cool, boy pooch accessories that are affordable and fun so they don’t have to miss out. Of course, we offer a pretty range for the girls as well and the small sizes may even fit your pussy cat!

All items are shipped within 24 hours of your order and are tracked through Australia Post.

Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it, if the item is faulty.
We do not refund for change of mind, but will happily exchange.
You have 30 days to exchange an item from the date you received it, for a different size, colour, other item etc
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please email to notify Power Pooch at [email protected] with your name and contact phone number and the reason you want to exchange or refund. Once we receive your item, it will be inspected and you will be notified if it has been approved, along with your refund / exchange details.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
